Remote Property Managers: $20/hr

We are looking to hire talented Managers to join our growing rental management teams. We are looking for people in the Medford, Rhinelander, and Appleton Areas!

We are looking for someone experienced in real estate or a willingness to put in the extra effort to learn. This position would perform a wide range of work related to renting apartments. Tasks include showings, move outs, inspections, move ins and more. You will be the boots on the ground to get things accomplished.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. You must have a valid driver’s license; have a reliable vehicle; have a smart phone; be able to meet deadlines; have good problem solving skills; have the ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents. Experience in maintenance is a huge plus!

Wage Expectation: $20/hr
