Apartment Maintenance Technician: $22-35/hr

We are looking to hire talented Maintenance Technicians to join our growing rental management teams. We are looking for people in the Medford, Rhinelander, Merrill, and Wausau Areas!

We are looking for 2 years of experience in the apartment maintenance field or a willingness to put in the extra effort to learn. This position would perform a wide range of maintenance/repair work, such as painting, flooring, replacing locks, appliance work, unit turns, day to day maintenance and more. We service Central Wisconsin from north of Rhinelander to Wisconsin Rapids and from Medford to Green Bay. You would work locally as much as possible.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. You must have a valid driver’s license; have a reliable vehicle; have a smart phone; be able to meet deadlines; have good problem solving skills; have the ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents.

Wage Expectation: $22-$35+/hr
